Last updated 29 August 2026

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to every account, storefront, subpage, and uploaded file.

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Illegal activity, including fraud, scams, and trafficking.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or any exploitation of children — we will report and preserve evidence as required by law.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or targeted harassment.
  • Malware, phishing pages, or using a storefront to harvest credentials.
  • Spam, SEO doorway networks, or automated account creation.
  • Infringing someone else’s copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.
  • Impersonating Folio, another creator, or a public figure in a misleading way.
  • Content that we reasonably believe presents an imminent risk of physical harm.

Enforcement

We may remove content, disable a storefront, suspend an account, or refuse service. Where we can, we will tell the account holder why. Repeated or severe violations may result in a permanent ban.
