Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Folio Platforms Inc. for access to Folio websites, dashboards, APIs, and hosted storefronts. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Folio lets you publish a public storefront (portfolio, studio, or hub), collect booking inquiries, and manage theme and content from a dashboard. Features depend on the plan assigned to a page. We may change, throttle, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential.
• You must be able to form a binding contract (typically 18 or older).
• One person or business should not create accounts to evade bans or billing.
• You are responsible for activity under your login, including pages you own.

Your content

You retain ownership of the text, images, and other material you upload. You grant us a worldwide license to host, cache, transcode, and display that content solely to operate and promote the storefronts you publish (for example CDN delivery and Open Graph previews).

You represent that you have the rights to publish the content (including model releases and music/video licenses where needed) and that it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Bookings are between you and your clients

Folio is not a marketplace party, talent agency, or payment processor for client appointments. A booking form is a request to the page owner. Confirmation, pricing, deposits, cancellations, and service quality are solely between the visitor and the creator.

We charge 0% commission on those engagements. Any money that changes hands is arranged directly with the creator. Folio is not liable for missed appointments, refunds of creator fees, or disputes about the creator’s work.

Plans and billing

Paid plans and promotional periods (including introductory free months) are described on the Pricing page and in the dashboard. Fees are in the currency shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refunds of platform subscriptions.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. We may suspend a page that is in arrears, violates these Terms, or presents a security risk. Custom domains and third-party DNS are your responsibility.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Folio Platforms Inc. disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) INR 5,000. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect the platform.
