Privacy Policy

How Folio Platforms Inc. collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the Folio platform.

Last updated 29 August 2026

Who we are

Folio Platforms Inc. (“Folio”, “we”, “us”) provides multi-tenant portfolio and booking storefronts for independent creators. This policy covers personal information we process as operator of the platform.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information generated by using the service, and limited information from infrastructure and analytics tools.

  • Account data: name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash).
  • Storefront content: brand details, copy, media, theme settings, and other material you publish.
  • Booking inquiries submitted on a storefront: visitor name, email, phone, service interest, and message. We store these so the page owner can manage requests.
  • Subscription and plan status for paid features.
  • Support messages you send to us.
  • Technical logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps, and security events.

How we use information

  • Create and authenticate your account (signed session cookie).
  • Host, render, and back up your public storefront.
  • Deliver booking notifications to the page owner and the visitor.
  • Provide dashboard, billing, and plan features you request.
  • Secure the service, prevent abuse, and debug outages.
  • Measure aggregated product usage when analytics tags are configured.
  • Send transactional email related to your account or a booking.

We do not sell personal information. We do not take a commission on creator–client bookings, and we do not use booking inquiry contents for advertising.

Creator storefronts and bookings

When someone submits a booking form on a creator page, Folio processes that submission so the creator can respond. The creator is the business the visitor is contacting. That creator’s own Privacy Policy (linked from their storefront footer) explains how they handle client data.

We retain booking records for the page owner until they delete them or the account is closed, and for a limited backup window needed to operate the service.

Processors and sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform, or when required by law:

  • Cloud database and authentication infrastructure (including Firebase/Firestore when production data is enabled).
  • ImageKit for media storage, resizing, and CDN delivery.
  • Transactional email delivery for account and booking notices.
  • Optional Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager when measurement IDs are configured.
  • Authorities if we receive a valid legal demand.

Cookies

We use a signed session cookie to keep you logged in. If analytics is enabled, third-party cookies or similar identifiers may be set. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Page owners can update most storefront and account data from the dashboard.

To make a request, email privacy@aurnira.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it.

Children

Folio is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect account data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noted in the dashboard or by email for account holders.
