Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Nabanita. They are not Folio’s platform terms. Use of the Folio website and creator accounts is covered separately by the platform Terms of Service.

This storefront

Content, images, rates, and availability on this page are published by Nabanita. They may change without notice. Portfolio images and copy remain Nabanita’s property unless stated otherwise.

Inquiries are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a form is a request. Nabanita confirms dates, fees, usage, and deposits separately. Until you receive confirmation from Nabanita, no appointment or shoot is booked.

Read the Booking Policy for cancellations and no-shows. Payments for Nabanita’s work are arranged with Nabanita directly — Folio does not collect those fees and takes 0% commission.

Visitor conduct

Do not misuse this page, submit false inquiries, scrape media, or harass the owner. Nabanita may decline work at their discretion.
