Nabanita accepts portfolio and studio inquiries through this storefront. A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed reservation.

Confirmation

Nabanita will follow up by email or phone using the details you provided. Rates, usage, duration, location, and deposits are agreed in that conversation. If you do not hear back, follow up at effortlesseleganceofficial@gmail.com.

Changes and cancellations

Ask Nabanita as soon as you need to reschedule or cancel. Unless Nabanita has given you written terms that say otherwise, requests to change a confirmed booking should be sent at least 24 hours before the appointment or call time.

• Late cancellations and no-shows may be refused future dates, at Nabanita’s discretion.
• Folio cannot refund or reverse fees you paid Nabanita — those payments never pass through the platform.
• Platform subscription refunds (for creators paying Folio) are covered by the Folio Refund Policy, not this page.
